Q: Do I need to register in order to download?
Answer: Yes.

Q: How do I set up new account and redeem Music Voucher?
Answer:
To redeem your Music Voucher:
For UMobile Users:
To set up new account

1. Go to www.bimbit.com/nokiamuzik
2. Click on "First Time Login"
3. Click on "UMobile User Registation"
4. Fill up your particulars include user login and password and a Redemption PIN
5. Set up account by clicking "Confirm"
6. You may select the music and download now!

For Other Users (Maxis, Digi or Celcom Users):
To set up new account
1. SMS registration: Type NOKIA, SMS to 39188
2. You will receive a SMS with login and temporary password
3. Go to www.bimbit.com/nokiamuzik
4. Click on "First Time Login"
5. Enter the login and password and click "Login"
6. Fill up your particulars and a Redemption PIN
7. Sign in by clicking "Confirm"
8. You may select the music and download now!

Q: How if I forget my password?
Answer: Click on "Login" at main page. From the Login page, click "Forgot Password?".
Enter your User Login to retrieve your password, an email will be send to your registered email.

Q: How do I get Music Voucher and Redemption PIN?
Answer: For each newly purchased Nokia XpressMusic (ONLY selected phone model) there should be a Music Voucher printed with your Redemption PIN.
Important Note: Music vouchers are not redeemable for cash, exchanged, or used to purchase other products.
This music voucher is not for resale and is not to be sold separately from the Nokia XpressMusic Phone.

Q: How many songs can I download?
Answer : You can download 100 or 1000 songs at http//www.bimbit.com/nokiamuzik for FREE! Music voucher is available only for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia 5130 XpressMusic. 1 Track/Song = 1 Pts.

Q: Can I top-up?
Answer: No. However you may visit http://www.bimbit.com to purchase additional content directly from Bimbit Music.

Q: How do I download a song?
Answer:
1. Select a song, browse to the song page, and click "Redeem" button on the track song you wish to download. This will add the track to shopping cart.
2. Click on the shopping cart at the right-top menu OR click on the shopping cart icon Cart,

3. From the shopping cart, click "CHECKOUT" button and then click "CONFIRM" button to confirm all your tracks, this will direct users to the download page.

4. From the download page, click "Download" button on each track and select a location you want to save and clicks "Save". We advise you to download track by track.

Q: What are the file format of the songs?
Answer: WMA without DRM & MP3.

Q: Can I still save the downloaded songs when my phone memory is full?
Answer: It is recommended that you have some free space before you start the download. The same song can be downloaded up-to 3 times without using additional points.

For example: If your internet disconnected or other technical error during the downloading process. You can log in to My Account, find and click on Redownload Music. Then click on Download button to re-download the song you want without point deduction)

Q: I have registered but I am not able to download. Why is that?
Answer: You need to login after you have register.

Q: I have registered and logged in but still I cannot download anything. Why is that?
Answer: Please contact us at support email addr for assistance. When emailing us, kindly provide us with your name, your login-id, contact number, phone model, time & date of attempt.


Q: Can I re-register once I have already registered?
Answer: No. You can only register once.

Q: Can I re-use my Music Voucher & the Redemption PIN?
Answer: No.

Q: Can I user other web browsers to view and download the song?
Answer: Yes, you can use Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome.

Q: How do I copy the download file to the mobile device?
Answer: Members could Transfer / Sync these songs into Nokia phones thru Nokia Music. 

Q: Who do I contact if I need some customer support?
Answer: You can kindly email it to: support email addr When emailing us, kindly provide us with your name, your login-id and phone model.

Q: If I didn't have a computer, is there any other way I can download the song?
Answer: You can also download it from the same portal at www.bimbit.com/nokiamuzik by logging onto the site with your phone browser. Please note that the downloads depend on the availability of 3G / GPRS / WiFi / WiMAX of service providers. When downloading songs using Nokia phone via 3G / GPRS, members to pay for data-rate charged by each operator. When downloading songs using Nokia phone via WiFi / Broadband / WiMAX, members to pay for Internet Access fees charged by service providers.

Q: Why is my browser block the download content everytime I download it?
Answer: To download from the website, check that your security setting on the browser is at Medium-Low or Lower.

Additional Notes:

  • This promotion is strictly for malaysia only.
  • Expiry date for music download is listed on the card. Any extension request will not be entertain
  • Downloading songs at public wifi and hotspots tend to be slower and take much longer time
  • Downloading songs via mobile operator-networks will incur heavy data-charges unless members has unlimited data-plan
  • Please contact Customer Care if you do not receive a SMS response in more than 5 minutes
